Manifestation within and Beyond the Chakras Series

Join Minka Brooklyn Practitioners, Myda El Maghrabi and  Suncear Scretchen for a 7-part journey through your personal energy map using the healing powers of reiki, guided imagery, and sound. Working from the Soul Star chakra down to the Earth Star (sometimes referred to as the Billionaire Chakra) we’ll flow through the ‘gardening’ cycle of manifestation and will help identify areas where you may be holding onto stale belief systems.

This class will be a full-body energetic flossing within the chakra system to help release old stories and patterns and break up stagnant energy to open up new pathways that are impeding you from fully manifesting your desires. Using guided prompts, reiki and sound we will engage each of the 7 major energy centers, or chakras, to unlock our connection to the realm of possibility and tap into Divine guidance.

Over the course of our 7 month-long journey together, we’ll explore how to bring that deeper understanding into our manifested presence within our daily lives, and how we can actually draw our dreams out of the ether and into reality. Each class will incorporate intention setting, sound, reiki and discussion and while each class can stand on its own, it is highly recommended that you attend all classes in order to move through the whole chakra system, from ideation to creation, to receive the full benefits of the work.
