Reiki and Sound Bath Experience

Since we’re in the middle of the summer season and it's been hot, humid and quite a bit rainy, this month’s theme is focusing on the water element. This is a time of year where we can get easily frustrated and distracted. Using yoga nidra, sound instruments, and reiki, we’re going to tap into water’s essence to create more flow, calm, and clarity.
